Ajay Devgn directs a film after 8 long years.Shivaay has some never seen before terrific action sequences in Bollywood and jaw dropping visuals. Barring the unnecessary long climax and some corny emotional scenes, Shivaay is a paisa vasool entertainer. It has its heart in the right place. Rating - 4 out of 5 Stars
